Picking the perfect bridesmaid dresses is never about following a template, its about creating the perfect, cohesive look that complements your colour palette, your wedding vibe, and most importantly….the people wearing them!

When its done right, it looks effortless. Nothing feels too styled or forced and your bridesmaids feel like the best version of themselves. Before we get into our favourite finds, a few things to consider to help guide your choices:

1. Start with the setting: where is your wedding taking place? Are you going for a chic London venue, a countryside manor or a destination wedding by the sea? The surroundings and your backdrop will influence the style you go for. Structured, dramatic silhouettes are perfect for a city setting, whereas softer and floaty fabrics suit a destination setting.

2. Don’t choose a colour, choose a tone: This is one of our favourite small styling changes that makes the biggest difference. Choosing one exact shade looks great in photos, but it becomes very restrictive. Instead, choose a tone where each dress colour can be a soft variation of the colour, it creates depth, photographs beautifully and allows each bridesmaid to wear a colour that truly suits them.

3. Dress the person: your bridesmaids will be wearing this dress all day, it’s important that they feel comfortable. Choose materials that are flattering and allow for movement (and more importantly, dancing!! 💃🏼). When bridesmaids feel good, it shows in every photo.
