Amazon Wedding Must Havesđ°đ»ââïžđ
Trust me, you'll be glad you got these ready for your big day!

Okay okay guys, I know what youâre thinking..âPriya you are supposed to be helping us save money during wedding planning, not spend!â, and youâre right. There are lots of tips on budgeting and saving coming up in future newsletters but today we are talking about the handy and practical Amazon MUST-haves for your wedding. Iâve even put the links in for each item (as the underlined title and also under the images) because I know how busy you all are so leâggoâŠ
1) TIDE PENS
I bring one or two of these to every event, they are a godsend. They can honestly remove pretty much every stain; I even got a red wine stain out of a groomâs white tuxedo blazer last wedding season! The trick is to add a little bit and work it in slowly and then add some more. If you think you wonât get your outfit dirty, think again and thank Pristine when you get that stain out!
You will be surprised at the things that have ripped or torn on wedding days. From shirt buttons to hems of bridesmaid dresses, this trusty kit has helped with it all! I love the fact it comes with safety pins, pins, a measuring tape, scissors and different threads. Itâs literally ÂŁ3 and you wonât regret having it with you as a âjust in caseâ.
Of course you will be steaming your clothes beforehand, but trust me when I say they will still crease en route to the venue. Itâs key to have at least one to do a final steam in the morning with your outfits hung up and ready.
Right Brides, especially summer Brides, add this to your basket right now. Even if itâs not that hot on your wedding day, between the nerves, the stress, the excitement or the fact youâre sucked into a fitted dress, you will be hot! Having your bridesmaid (or even better, your coordinator) on hand to fan you down with one of these feels amazing. Also, itâs key to stop make up creasing or melting and I would recommend having a quick fan before you do your aisle walk or reception entrance.
Iâm obsessed with these cubes. Iâve used them for my own wedding packing but also for all of my holidays since. Itâs way less overwhelming to open a suitcase with categorised cubes than open a suitcase that just explodes out at you. For your wedding they could be separated into clothes youâre getting ready in (pjs/Bride sweater), toiletries, emergency kit, flat lay items (perfume, invite, etc), jewellery, accessories and shoes. It will also stop the inevitable flap in the morning where you canât find something and panic that youâve forgotten it!
Top Tip: Put a card at the top of each cube inside which has is a âcontentsâ of everything in that cube- this will stop you emptying each cube to remember whatâs in it!
I actually bought this for dentistry (long story but itâs basically to do with cementing crowns lol!) and then realised why am I not using it to clean my ring?! Cleaning your ring is probably at the bottom of your priority list but hear me out. You want your ring to SPARKLE on all of your wedding events but especially on your wedding day. Thereâs no point having an engagement ring covered in dust/oils/make up and whatever else right next to your brand new wedding band. Invest in a jewellery cleaner and get into the habit of cleaning your ring every 1-2 weeks. I do this at work now and it literally shines after! Also the girl maths is you can also use it for other jewellery tooâŠ
If you donât plan for your table numbers, thereâs a high chance they will be the standard chrome stands that catering companies/venues provide. Thereâs nothing wrong with them, but if youâre particular about your aesthetic, you may want to have your own table number stands. I highly recommend these gold frames which I used for my own wedding. You can display pre shoot photos/themed photos/illustrations or anything else, alongside the table number. These are super easy and cost effective to DIY in Canva!
8) CONFETTI
This is good quality cost effective confetti that comes in a variety of colours perfect for your wedding day! As a rule of thumb, we recommend 1 Litre of confetti for every 15-20 guests but obviously take into account that not every guest may be involved in the confetti throwing and the size of the confetti petals.
Iâve personally used this for the past five years and used it religiously in the lead up to my wedding. Not only does it force you to stop and relax in the midst of wedding chaos (even if itâs for 10 minutes), it also removes dirt, deep cleanses pores, improves circulation and enhances product absorption. I genuinely believe it helps my skin so much and would recommend putting a face mask on after it! Girl math means this is really a bargain as your fiancĂ© can also use this weeklyâŠ.
10) UNDEREYE MASKS
I swear by these to de-puff and hydrate the undereye area. I would recommend doing them regularly in the lead up to your wedding but especially the night before (itâs also cute to do with your bridesmaids if theyâre there the night before)! Chances are you would have been running around non stop in that week and you want to make sure you donât look tired or puffy on your wedding morning!
Whilst your main dress will most likely come with itâs own cover, you may need to carry other outfits for your wedding day. This could be your wedding pyjamas, loungewear, whatever youâre getting ready in or even a change of outfit for the afterparty! Itâs best to have them steamed and put in a cover like this. I would also label it so you know exactly whatâs stored in there.
Hope that helps, and do let me know if you try any of these recommendations and what you think!
Happy Planning (& shopping!)!
Love,
Priya
